Tamara Popic

Tamara Popic is Assistant Professor at the Institute of Law, Politics and Development (DIRPOLIS) of the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa. She studies parties, institutions, ideas and public opinion in the context of health policy in Europe, and the effects of healthcare privatization on citizens’ attitudes. She holds a PhD from the European University Institute and was previously Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London. She is the author of Health Reforms in Post-Communist Eastern Europe (Palgrave, 2023) and co-editor of Health Politics in Europe: A Handbook (OUP, 2021). *** Tamara Popic è ricercatrice presso l’Istituto di Diritto, Politica e Sviluppo (DIRPOLIS) della Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna di Pisa. Studia partiti, istituzioni, idee e opinione pubblica nell’ambito delle politiche sanitarie in Europa e gli effetti della privatizzazione della sanità sugli atteggiamenti dei cittadini. Ha conseguito il dottorato all’Istituto Universitario Europeo ed è stata Senior Lecturer alla Queen Mary University of London.
