Ellen M. Immergut

Ellen M. Immergut è Alumni Professor presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche e Sociali dell’Istituto Universitario Europeo, nonché ricercatrice senior e professoressa fuori servizio presso la Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. La sua attività di ricerca si concentra sull’impatto delle istituzioni politiche sui processi decisionali e sulle politiche pubbliche, in particolare nei settori della sanità e dello Stato sociale, nonché sulla teoria istituzionale. In precedenza, ha ricoperto il ruolo di coordinatrice scientifica del programma di ricerca transnazionale Welfare State Futures (WSF). È co-curatrice di The Handbook of West European Pension Politics e Health Politics in Europe: A Handbook (entrambi pubblicati da Oxford University Press), nonché di Health Politics: Interests and Institutions in Western Europe (Cambridge University Press). *** Ellen M. Immergut is Alumni Professor of the Department of Political and Social Sciences at the European University Institute, as well as Senior Researcher and Professor a.D. at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Her research focuses on the impact of political institutions on politics and policies, particularly in the health and welfare state domains, as well as on institutional theory. She previously served as Scientific Programme Coordinator for the transnational research programme Welfare State Futures (WSF). She is co-editor of The Handbook of West European Pension Politics and Health Politics in Europe: A Handbook (both OUP), as well as Health Politics: Interests and Institutions in Western Europe (CUP).
