The seminar "EIPA seminar: Boosting future skills for job creation and employability" aims to equip you with the most salient tools to boost future skills for job creation and employability and, thus, to drive territorial competitiveness and employment policies by:
- creating a space for exchange on the topic of skills mismatch, fostering skills utilisation, future skills and skills anticipation;
- familiarising you with models and tools for inter-institutional cooperation to create a sound ecosystem for the development of skills strategies and for implementing working models;
- sharing best practices in skills update projects and innovative financing models, which can be of inspiration for replication of elements in your own territories.
The seminar will take place in Barcelona on 24-25 April.
