Júlia Eberhardt Hannecker is a graduate student at the University of Milan, pursuing a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Public Affairs. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Unisinos University, which culminated with her thesis: “Between Successes and Challenges of Global Health Governance: The African Case in Combating the HIV/AIDS, Ebola, and Covid-19 Pandemics.”
